We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Color Grading Specialist to join our post-production team. As a Color Grading Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the visual tone, mood, and aesthetic of video content through expert color correction and grading techniques. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of color theory, and proficiency in industry-standard color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. You should be able to interpret creative briefs and apply color grading techniques that enhance storytelling, evoke emotion, and maintain visual consistency across scenes.
In this role, you will manage the color pipeline from ingest to final delivery, ensuring that all footage is color balanced and stylized appropriately. You will also be responsible for creating LUTs (Look-Up Tables), managing color spaces, and ensuring that deliverables meet broadcast or digital platform specifications. A strong understanding of HDR workflows, RAW formats, and color science is essential.
You will collaborate with other post-production professionals, including editors, VFX artists, and sound designers, to ensure a cohesive final product. Strong communication skills and the ability to take and implement feedback are crucial. You should also be comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
